Losers and Nerds Party LLC is an independent video game development and publishing studio founded in 2026 by Jason Frasch. The studio develops original games and oversees their publishing and support. Its first title is Jetgrave, a pixel-art horizontal shoot-'em-up for Windows Desktop and Steam, inspired by classic arcade and console shmups of the early '90s.

How it operates

Losers and Nerds Party LLC develops and publishes its own games, keeping creative direction, scope, and release decisions close to the work. That independence supports focused projects, clear priorities, and schedules shaped by the needs of each game rather than an external publisher's fiscal quarter.

Why "Losers and Nerds Party LLC"

“Losers and Nerds Party” is our playful take on “LAN party.” Growing up, my video game–obsessed friends and I hosted and attended plenty of them, and at some point, one of us jokingly gave LAN a new meaning. The name has lived in our heads rent-free ever since.

Founder

Jason Frasch founded Losers and Nerds Party LLC in 2026 to develop and publish Jetgrave, the studio's first title, and whatever comes after it.
